How we collect and publish customer reviews

Our commitment to transparency

The reviews published on bsilhouette.com are intended to help every customer make an informed choice. In accordance with the European “Omnibus” directive and applicable consumer law, here is how we collect, check and publish them.

Who can post a review?

Reviews mainly come from customers who have actually placed an order in our shop. After your order has been shipped, you automatically receive an email invitation to share your experience. These reviews carry the label “Verified purchase”.

It is also possible to post a review directly from a product page without an invitation. In that case, the purchase is not verified and the review does not carry the “Verified purchase” label. Email confirmation is required before publication.

Is there any reward?

Yes, in some cases. We may offer a discount code for a future order to customers who post a review. This discount is granted regardless of the rating given and is never conditional on the review being positive. The reviews concerned are flagged as having been rewarded.

We do not buy reviews, write reviews on behalf of our customers or pay anyone to post them.

Checking and moderation

Reviews are collected and hosted by our provider Judge.me. They are published automatically after a technical check of their origin. A review may only be rejected if it contains insulting, discriminatory or defamatory remarks, personal data of third parties, advertising or content unrelated to the product, or health claims that do not comply with food supplement regulations.

No review is rejected, edited or deleted because of its rating or negative content. If a review is rejected, the author is informed by email of the reason.

Display and ranking

Reviews are displayed by default from newest to oldest. You can sort them by rating or filter those with a photo. The overall rating shown is the arithmetic average of all published reviews for the product concerned, without weighting. The publication date is shown under each review.

Reviews are not deleted after a set period and remain visible as long as the product is on sale.

Report a review or exercise your rights

You can ask for your own review to be edited or deleted, or report a review you believe breaks these rules, by writing to contact@bsilhouette.com. We reply within 7 working days.

Important reminder

Published reviews reflect the personal experience of their authors. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and results vary from person to person.
